I am so honored to be abe to use yoga to help people heal- that means feel better and be in control of your own health and well being. I thought for sure when I began a yoga practice 15 years ago that I was there to heal my knee after an injury.
The result, I got that... and a whole lot more.
I found balance in muscle action and a deeper more integrated strength in how I moved my body, but more importantly, I found stillness within the poses that has led to greater compassion, kindness, and desire to help myself and others thrive.
