“I believe in the human capacity to make change through awareness first to begin the healing process and soon live with greater ease and more peace even in the midst of challenges, changes, and sometimes demands.”

In a world of constant distractions, mindfulness serves as our anchor, guiding us back to the simplicity of the present moment, where profound insights and peace reside amidst the chaos.

Yoga isn’t just about touching your toes; it’s about what you learn on the way down – a journey of self-awareness, balance, and harmony that extends far beyond the mat and your body.

experience more of you

hey there,

I’m Holly

Do you find yourself frequently lost in thought, bouncing from one idea to another? Do you experience unexplained muscle tension, worry about hypothetical scenarios, feel overwhelmed without knowing where to start, or engage in negative self-talk?

As a professional in the stress management world, I truly believe in the transformative power of mindfulness practices.

We live in high stress times as everything is accessible too often and too much! Not to mention navigating the daily stuff at home, at work, in relationships, and everywhere in between. I have found that the practices I teach may be the missing link to true well-being. They are a reminder, you have a choice about how you feel.

I often refer to Mindfulness, Yoga, and Meditation as Stress Management Practices, though you don’t have to be experiencing stress to benefit. The practices can enhance the life you already live and can serve as assurance for when you might struggle to manage something in your life. Here on my site, I address these three modalities separately  in order to focus on the benefits of each, however they are often combined for a better result.

    Some benefits of Stress Management:
    • Identify when the mind has drifted into negative thought and change it.
    • Cultivate more time between a stimulus (stressor) and your more intentional response (less reactivity)
    • Practice allowing emotions to fluctuate and know it’s okay to feel different emotions throughout the day
    • Release stress in your body (tension) as you identify it.
    • Notice and let go of negative self-talk
    • Discover self-love and compassion
    • Improve all relationships with the practice of non-judgment and acceptance.
    • Be more present daily with the people and circumstances of life.
    • Clarify what you need first, then second and so on.
    • Lower blood pressure
    • Reduce levels of cortisol (the stress hormone)
    • Increase energy levels
    • Improve cardiovascular health
    • Strengthen your immune system

Holly believes each person’s journey into mindfulness is unique. She delivers evidenced-based, time-bound, tools to reduce anxiety, depression and stress, heal from dis-ease, or just simply up your level of health and contentment at any age.

"Holly’s approach to meditation draws on practices such as meditation, visualization, breath work, and incorporates body/mind/heart awareness. She will show you how to use meditation skills as everyday life tools to help you think positively, feel better, manage triggers to stressful moments, and look after your health. She embodies what she teaches."

      Robert S. • Meditation & Mindfulness Student

"I was always an exerciser and ate mostly healthy- but I still didn’t feel great and often lacked energy. The missing link was the practice of accepting myself and becoming aware of my own thinking which sabotaged my self-confidence on a regular basis. I learned how draining this cycle is! Through practices that I learned from Holly, I began to change my own mind and truly feel what it feels like to be healthy."

      Todd G. • Mindfulness Student
